Cynthia Nuvill

Cynthia Nuvill is a Human Resources Manager for High Sierra Pools. She started her first job with the company in 2016 as a Lifeguard and has since taken on the roles of Staffing Coordinator, HR Assistant, Supervisor, Safety Inspector, and Lifeguard Instructor before transitioning to the HR Manager role. Cynthia holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University. Her favorite day of the year is the High Sierra Pools Lifeguard Olympics.
