Damir Trencevski

Damir Trencevski is a Regional Manager since 2015. Prior to this role, he started working at High Sierra Pools in 2011 as an Area Supervisor. In his current role, he develops and implements division goals, policies, and procedures, ensuring efficient daily operations and compliance with health regulations. He also oversees staff management, marketing strategies, and proposal presentations. He holds AED, CPR, and CPO certifications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Damir has an associate degree in business economics and brings extensive industry experience from various pool companies.
