NOW HIRING THE WORLD’S BEST LIFEGUARDS!
High Sierra Pools recruits both in the United States and internationally to staff our pools with the World’s Best Lifeguards. It’s a big job, but we work year-round hosting job fairs in the United States and abroad to find the very best candidates. Our Representatives and Partners have all the details about our lifeguard position and job offer details to help make the decision an easy one. You’ll also get a personal interview with a High Sierra Representative or Manager so that you can ask any questions you might have about the job. Don’t miss out on YOUR lifeguard summer — apply today!
HOW TO APPLY
- Contact a High Sierra Pools Authorized Representative. In many countries, we have High Sierra Authorized Representatives who can explain all the details of the job, arrange an interview, and provide a job offer approved by our Human Resources Department. All of our Representatives are former lifeguards for High Sierra, so they can answer all your questions and help you prepare for a great summer with us. Click here to find our list of Authorized Representatives.
- Contact one of our Recruitment Partners. High Sierra works with U.S. visa sponsors to promote our jobs with the help of partner agencies worldwide. We attend job fairs in several countries where you can meet our managers face-to-face. If we don’t have a job fair planned in your country, we can schedule a meeting by Skype. Find our list of Sponsors and Partner Agencies here.
- Can’t find a Representative or Partner in your country? We can help. Click on the “Contact Us” link to the left to send our Human Resources Department a message.
Our international lifeguards are part of the Summer Work and Travel Program. This exchange program allows college and university students enrolled full-time and pursuing studies at post-secondary accredited academic institutions located outside the United States come to the United States to share their culture and ideas with people of the United States through temporary work and travel opportunities. Find out more here on the U.S. State Department’s website.
