BOSTON CITY (MA); CAMBRIDGE CITY (MA); QUINCY CITY (MA); BROCKTON CITY (MA); PLYMOUTH
(MA); NORFOLK (MA); NEWTON CITY (MA); ESSEX (MA); and surrounding counties, from 04/01/2020 – 10/31/2020.
Travel to / from multiple locations in MA using company provided transportation. 18 years or older, must be able to lift 50 pounds, work in adverse weather conditions. 40 hrs. $17.32 / hr, O/T varies at $25.98/ hr. Monday – Friday, possibly Saturday, 8am-4pm, hrs may fluctuate due to weather. Will train. Post – employment, upon suspicion & post-accident drug test required, paid by the employer.

Remove debris from pool & deck area, haul to waste facility 2. Inspect loose or damaged tiles 3. Perform small repairs on the swimming pool, auxiliary equipment & deck area 4. Fill water line of pool, check pool for leaks & turn on filter system (s) 5. Clean pool multiple times a week, clean bottom & side of pool using such aids as an underwater vacuum cleaner, hose, brush, detergent 6. Check filters for mechanical problems & perform cleaning / maintenance 8. Winterize pool facilities, carry furniture & equipment back to storage room 9. Notify managers concerning the need for repairs 10. Performs all job duties in safe manner 11. Exposure to elements and chemicals should be expected
A single workweek will be used for computing wage due, workers will be paid bi-weekly; Will make all deductions from the workers’ paycheck required by law; If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period HSP will reimburse the worker reasonable costs of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Cost of return transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early for any reason. The amount of transportation reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts; Daily transportation to/from worksites provided; Will reimburse H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government; will provide tools, supplies & equipment without charge or deposit charge; The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12- week period.
