FAQ
Does your company provide maintenance-only services or just pool management services
We provide both maintenance-only, as well as complete management services (including lifeguard staff), and full-spectrum of pool repairs and renovation services.
What would happen if we were not satisfied with the services, we had a terrible experience with our previous providers. Can we terminate the agreement?
We value our clients and strive for excellent services; however, an agreement can be terminated without cause and at any time after execution by providing the other party with thirty (30) days’ written notice of the intent.
Do I need lifeguards, or can I operate my pool on maintenance-only services?
Depending on the local laws and requirements, as well as the part of the year (in season, winter months). Please contact us for more information …. or we can provide more specific details– lifeguard exempt: DC (District of Columbia), Fairfax indoors, winter when the pool is not used, etc.
How quickly can you replace the lifeguard if we are not happy with him?
First, we must work with you and determine the nature of your complaints. If we do confirm that the lifeguard was underperforming while on duty, we will replace the lifeguard within 24-48 hours (about 2 days), or sooner, if the schedule allows it.
Your office is based in Arlington, how do you run Maryland from such a distance?
Our region management team (Aquatic Coordinators, Area Supervisors, Regional Managers) is set up in such a way that response to any emergency is within 15min timeframe, which is our goal in providing the best possible service to our clients.
What is the ratio between local and international staff?
We have outstanding local recruiting and training capabilities, and we are committed to providing employment opportunities for local American youth. We also have a robust capability to provide supplemental international staff, enabling us to ensure appropriate staffing levels and effective operations through the season, especially during the tail ends of the season, and/or to address a lack of interested local candidates in certain metropolitan areas.
What will you do if COVID stays around next year?
The past two years have taught us how to adapt to a new reality and develop a better local recruitment network which helped us increase the number of guards hired. Our number of local lifeguards, especially from 2021, shows that we invested wisely in the local recruitment structure, and that played off since we had a remarkably successful season when many were struggling greatly.
How can I get a proposal from my pool?
We need to have your pool address, hours of operation, and a number of guards. Please use our RFP form to request a proposal and feel free to attach any RFP documents if you have.
What does your management proposal include?
We provide complete pool management including lifeguards\pool operators on duty, spring opening service, in-season supervision and reporting, all chemicals for water balance, winterization. Your contract price will be all-inclusive with no hidden fees.
Where do you get your lifeguard staff from?
We use a combination of domestic staff and international college-aged students.
Can you only de-winterize my pool, clean it regularly and winterize it after season?
Yes, we can. We have multiple in-house cleaning and maintenance crews specialized in preparing/de-winterizing pools, maintaining and cleaning through summer, and winterizing pools after season.
Can you maintain and clean my pool in winter?
Yes, we can. We have crews working year-round, visiting, and maintaining pools even during the winter. We can create a custom maintenance plan specifically for your pool.
