Andrei Nirsa
Business Operations Manager
Andrei Nirsa has been the Business Operations Manager for the Massachusetts Region since 2015. He oversees operations, employee support, company fleet, real estate, training, and division development. Andrei earned his Master’s Degree from ULIM University in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) and holds various industry certifications. Before joining Sierra, he worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the NATO Informational Center in Moldova.
