In fact, we participate in job fairs in 15 countries. We invite you to join the Summer Work and Travel Program, an exchange program that allows college and university students from outside the United States to live and travel in the US temporarily. Our international lifeguards can earn a living in the US while learning about the US culture and sharing their own cultures with their new colleagues. Our network of representatives and partners support our international candidates through every step of the application process.

Reach out to the High Sierra Pools authorized representatives in your country. This individual will explain all the details about the job, arrange an interview, and provide a job offer approved by our Human Resources Department. All our representatives are former lifeguards with High Sierra Pools; they can answer all your questions and help you prepare for a great summer with us.
