Marketing Specialist

High Sierra Pools, Inc is seeking Marketing Specialist in Arlington, VA.
Research conditions in local and regional markets and customers’ preference; plan advertising campaigns. Supervise promotion efforts and support national and international recruiting. Make recommendations to increase visibility to target markets; design budgeting proposals for SEO; simplify performance data for the promotional materials. Gather information on competitors’ marketing methods. Create and support employee network for promotion of company’s culture. Coordinate efforts of departments in providing media content.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in mktg or communications, or foreign equivalent
Compensation: $51,000 year
