Pools Are Open For Summer 2022!
High Sierra Started Summer 2022 With A Successful Opening
The wait is over! High Sierra kicked off Memorial Day Weekend and the start of summer with the official opening of our outdoor pools throughout the Washington, D.C., Boston, and Virginia Beach metro areas.
On Saturday morning, lifeguards grabbed their rescue tubes and climbed into chairs, while kids lined up for the first swim of the season. We were pleased to meet so many clients and patrons out at the pools with the great weather this holiday weekend.
All Pools Open For Memorial Day Weekend
“It took a lot of effort and late nights but our amazing High Sierra team delivered on the promise to have all pools ready for Memorial Day weekend,” said Steve Lavery, President of High Sierra Pools. “We’re looking forward to supporting our clients and lifeguards during the 2022 summer.”
The High Sierra management team worked through the fall, winter, and spring to get our facilities ready, lifeguards and staff hired and certified, and operations systems in place. We want to recognize our Service Department, Safety and Training Department, Finance and IT managers, and our Human Resources team, as well as our Operations Department, for their dedication, hard work, and industry-leading expertise.
We couldn’t have done any of this, though, without our lifeguards! We’re proud to have so many experienced lifeguards returning and new guards joining our Summer 2022 team. All of us at High Sierra look forward to another fun, safe, and rewarding summer together at our High Sierra Pools facilities.
